Rabbit Show Classes
Mirfield Agricultural Show’s rabbit show is a two star show (under British Rabbit Council - BRC rules) covering Fancy, Lops, Fur, Rex and pets - and attracts rabbit exhibitors from all around the country and pet rabbits from all across Yorkshire.
The rabbit marquee opens at 9.00am, with staging until 10.30am and judging from 11.00am. Once judging is completed the exhibits and winners will be made available for public viewing. All animals can not be removed until after 5pm – and must be removed by 6pm.
Closing date for entries is 10pm on Monday 13th August - however pet entries can be entered up to 10.30am on show day. Temporary drop off area is available near the Rabbit tent, however all cars must be removed to the exhibitors car park by 9.30am.
Mirfield Agricultural Show’s rabbit show is expertly run by the Huddersfield Fanciers society team. As well as having a strong agricultural and class heritage, it encourages children to get involved to make it a fantastic family day out. Come along and chat to our Rabbit experts who are more than willing to give advice on Rabbit husbandry, breeding and keeping.
