Whether you wish to book a Trade Stall, Craft Stall, Food Stall or Charity Stall - we have options across the showground for everyone...

Trade and Charity Stalls

Charity and trade stands are an important and popular part of Mirfield Family Agricultural Show. They are based outside at the bottom of the showground and are one of the first things that greets visitors as they enter show.

The number of charity and trade stands has grown over the years with over fifty stalls covering various wares from talented artists to photographers, from jewellers to gift makers, from plant growers to book sellers. We also have a wide selection of animal based trade stands, including saddleries, vets, pet shops, animal care and animal charities.

We are delighted to have the support of many local and national businesses, many returning year after year – and it is a great opportunity for charities to raise funds for their causes.
The field trade stalls have become very popular, with the last two years being heavily oversubscribed and we would love to accommodate all those who apply, but as you know the space is limited.
So this year we have had to change our allocation policy.

All applications must be submitted before 25 March 2011 with details of exactly what is planned on the stall - and please do not send any money with your application.

Offers will be made soon after to successful applicants, with the final decision based on innovative stalls, local businesses and charities, and what the applicant will add to the show experience. All applicants will receive a reply.

We apologise in advance as we know that there will be a lot of disappointed applicants. However, there is some good news. We have reduced our price by 25% for field and craft stall applicants with a WF14 postcode and in addition we have reduced the price of a registered charity stall from £30 last year to £20.

Pitches are 5m x 5m and as a guide, each pitch will accommodate a 3 x 3m gazebo, plus one car - no other vehicles are allowed on the showground.

To book a trade or charity stall please see the attached Field Stalls Terms and Conditions and complete the attached Field Stall Booking Form.

For more details e-mail stalls-and-attractions@mirfieldshow.com.

Craft 'Marquee' Stalls

The number of craft stalls has also grown over the years with over forty stalls covering various crafts from, baking to sweets, from flowers to homewares, from aromatherapy to jewellery, from confectionary to cheese.

The stalls are located in the craft marquee and include one table and two chairs and cost £40. Each stall is allowed one car that must be parked in the showground car park, however there will be access from the rear of the marquee to set up and replenish stalls.

However, as above, we have reduced our price by 25% for craft stall applicants with a WF14 postcode.

To book a craft stall please see the attached Craft Stalls Terms and Conditions and complete the attached Craft Stall Booking Form.

Bookings for indoor craft stalls begins in January each year for the August show and  stalls are usually fully booked by June. For more details e-mail stalls-and-attractions@mirfieldshow.com.

Food and Catering Stalls

Food Stalls can book pitches of about 7.5 x 5m and are located in the food court, around the seating area towards the top half of the showground. As a guide, their is enough room for one catering trailer and seating in front. All catering vans are expected to unhook, and move their vehicles to the Showground car park - no other vehicles are allowed on the showground.

Enquiries for food and catering stalls begins in January each year for the August show and bookings are made by tender - based on food type, quality, prices, as well as bid price - and the closing date is usually in April. Successful applicatants receive a two year offer, and for that reason, the catering stalls are fully booked for 2011. For more details or register an interest for 2012 e-mail stalls-and-attractions@mirfieldshow.com.
