Whether you wish to book a Trade Stall, Craft Stall, Food Stall or Charity Stall - we have options across the showground for everyone...

Charity and trade stands are an important and popular part of Mirfield Family Agricultural Show. They are based outside at the bottom of the showground near the main entrances - and are one of the first things that greets visitors as they enter show.

Charity Stalls and Trade Stands

The number of charity and trade stands has grown over the years with over fifty stalls covering various wares from talented artists to photographers, from jewellers to gift makers, from plant growers to book sellers. We also have a wide selection of animal based trade stands, including saddleries, vets, pet shops, animal care and animal charities.

We are delighted to have the support of many local and national businesses, many returning year after year – and it is a great opportunity for charities to raise funds for their causes.

Pitches are 5m x 5m and cost £40 for businesses and £30 for registered charities – and as a guide, each pitch will accommodate a 3 x 3m gazebo, plus one car.

Applications for outdoor stalls and stands should be made with the Field Stall Booking Form to the Stalls Manager at stalls@mirfieldshow.com.

Craft Stalls

The number of craft stalls has also grown over the years with over forty stalls covering various crafts from, baking to sweets, from flowers to homewares, from aromatherapy to jewellery, from confectionary to cheese.

The stalls are located in the craft marquee and include one table and two chairs and cost £40.

Applications for craft stalls should be made with the Craft Stall Booking Form to the Stalls Manager at stalls@mirfieldshow.com.

Stalls fill up quickly, so make sure you that you contact us early - we are usually (but not always) booked up by June.
